The DRYGRES 4DRILL range of diamond cutters is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, in particular porcelain stoneware and other covering materials such as marble and granite. In the DRYGRES 4DRILL range of cutters, RUBI has used vacuum welding technology, VACUUM BRAZED, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix diamond particles on the cutting area. DRYGRES 4DRILL cutters are perfect for placing bathroom accessories or any type of decorative accessory on ceramic and/or natural stone surfaces.

The drilling depth of the DRYGRES 4DRILL drills is 36 mm. for diameters of 6, 8 and 10 mm and 40 mm deep for cutters with diameters of 12, 14 and 20 mm. All DRYGRES 4DRILL drills contain wax inside. This wax melts during use and facilitates the cooling and evacuation of the remains of the drilling (If the wax runs out, the cutter can continue to function. Only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the life of the cutter).
Being for dry cutting, it is necessary, for correct cooling of the cutter, to carry out a slight and constant orbital movement during drilling, as well as to eliminate any residual material between one drilling and another.

The DRYGRES 4DRILL drills, by RUBI, have a system that blocks the loss of wax from the rear part of the tip, thus concentrating the wax, always on the tip and ensuring lubrication during drilling.

The minimum recommended speed for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drills is 1000 rpm. For a better finish and longer life of the bit, it is important to respect the correct rotation speed and perform a slight orbital movement when drilling, as well as ensuring that once the hole is finished there is no residue of perforated material inside the drill itself.
